Justin Timberlake is producing a new game show called “Spin the Wheel” with host Dax Shepard | Los Angeles, CA.

Fox Broadcasting Company announced that they picked up a new game show called “Spin The Wheel” during the Television Critics Association Press Tour on Thursday, August 2, 2018.

This show was created by Justin Timberlake and Andrew Gassman (from The Wall). Executive Producer’s are Timberlake, Gassman, Rick Yorn, and Johnny Wright. Hosted by Dax Shepard (from Parenthood). 

The show puts contestants against a massive, unpredictable spinning 40-foot wheel that holds cash prizes in its rotation. It’s like Wheel of Fortune mixed with Trivial Pursuit. Contestants have to answer pop culture trivia and use strategy. With massive amounts of money on the line (upwards of $20 million per episode), the contestants must make difficult decisions to either walk away, or risk it all to Spin the Wheel one last time.

“This show is massive on so many levels and has the ability to change people’s lives,” Rob Wade, Fox's President of Alternative Entertainment and Specials, said in a statement. “We have a charismatic and hilarious host in Dax, an uber-producer in Andrew, an insanely creative global superstar in Justin and one of the biggest prizes in primetime history. We can’t wait to Spin The Wheel."

“I can’t think of a better job than giving out millions of dollars to nice people. It’s my chance to finally be Willy Wonka," Shepard added.

"Spin the Wheel is the opportunity of a lifetime, and every time someone spins, a massive fortune is on the line. This is all about a rollercoaster of emotions, positive energy and some incredible wins," Glassman said.

This show will premier during the 2018-2019 TV season.
